Sat amongst the seekers,
I contemptible was,
A gathering pious,
this insolent privileged was,
Focus of all,
a Shaykh silent was,
Seated on a throne,
prayer mat was,
Gaze lowered,
deep contemplation was,

Light luminous, radiant upon everyone was,
Face gazing lost in mystery was,
Such perfection sublime unheard of was,
Cap cotton thy head blessed adorned was,
A crown majestic humbly elated was,
A raise of the head sagacious was,
A glance with eyes discerning was,
Paused a moment thy glimpse noble was,
Heart cleansed of every evil was,
Eyes focused heart attentive was,
Drums of Hu the pulse beating was,
Smile with such beautiful aura was,
Heart's autumn decaying revitalized was,
Words few profound nevertheless was,
Knowledge veracious undoubtedly complete was,
Answers brief yet comprehensive was,
Thy wisdom flawless like a diamond was,
Serene thy company thy union was,
Testimony thy nature spiritual was,
Progeny Prophetic thy family noble was,
Thy descent to believers never questionable was,
Faith impeccable together discerning sight was,
Shaykh-e-Tariqat thy reign spiritual acknowledged was.
