Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam married Sayyida Shameema; the daughter of Hadrat Pir Sayyad Akhtar Hussain of Dotspur, (district: Sultanpur) on the 26th of Shabaan 1383 AFTER HIJRI (27th December 1964).


Hadrat Sayyad Mukhtar Ashraf  'Sarkar-e-Kalan' 
Rahmatullahi 'alayh performed the Nikah ceromony.

 

 

 

 

 
Marhuma Pirani Amma
Mazaar, Sayyida Shameema, Ahmedabad Shaykh al Islam wal Muslimin's aliya (wife); Marhuma Sayyida Pirani Shameema Amma Sahiba passed away at approximately 8.30am (India time) on the 4th of December 2007, exactly 12 days after the passing away of Marhuma Sayyida Pirani Mubashirunisa Sahiba (wife of Hadrat Ghazi al-Millat). Her shrine (pictured above) at Ahmedabad Shareef was recently constructed by some devoted mureeds of Hadrat Shaykh al Islam w'al Muslimeen.

It was to be that Allah the Almighty never granted Hadrat Shaykh al Islam any children, but due to the overwhelming kindness of relatives within khanwada-e-Ashrafiya Hadrat adopted a baby son. Sayyad Hamza Ashraf is this son. Sayyad Hamza Ashraf is well known as a quiet but dedicated student who during his childhood accompanied his noble father across many states and cities of Asia.
