Hadrat's Shaykh al-Islam's first visit to perform 'Hajj' took place in 1973 with his blessed mother, wife, sister, younger brother Ghazi al-Millat Sayyad Muhammad Hashmi Miya and nephew Sayyad Muhammad Jahangir Ashraf. Hadrat performed the pilgrimage and went to Madinah Shareef where he obtained countless blessings at the shrine of the Beloved Prophet Muhammad Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam.

Hadrat Shaykh al Islam has done ziyarah of Masjid al-Aqsa Mosque, Jerusalem as well as the respected shrines of the Ahl al Bayt, Sahaba-al-Kiram, Sufiya al-Kiram, Awliya Allah (May Allah be pleased with them) throughout the middle-east countries.
